The 'Gargoyle House' is the largest single family house in the Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. Built in the 1880's, this home was in acute disrepair when work began in 2008. The damage was so extensive that a tree was growing out of the corner of the building. 

C&H oversaw all aspects of the restoration of this building and, over a more than two year period, was able to uncover and bring back to the fore front many of the unique and original details of the house, while simultaneously updating all systems to meet contemporary standards. This building now exists as a shining example of a grand 1880's era Baltimore home.
